How to Apply
  1. Contact one of our Nursery Partners to confirm availability of Native Maple trees and the stock types available before applying for a rebate. Maple Leaves Forever is not a nursery and does not sell trees.
  2. Complete and submit the electronic Rebate Application Form (APPLY NOW button below) before you order and plant your trees. Application Deadlines are May 15 for Spring Planting and early November for Fall Planting.
We may contact you for clarification or additional information for the Application.
  3. Upon approval, you will receive emailed confirmation from Maple Leaves Forever.
  4. You order and arrange pick up or delivery of your trees from the Nursery Partner. Trees must be planted by May 15 for bare root stock, and by June 15 for balled & burlapped and container stock (by Nov. 15 for fall planting). Nurseries sell trees on a first-come-first-served basis, so order early (eg: January/February for spring planting) for best selection.
  5. Provide proof of purchase (copy of your receipt from the nursery marked PAID) and send photos of your tree planting project to Maple Leaves Forever at info@mapleleavesforever.ca by June 30 for spring planting, or by Nov. 30 for fall planting.
  6. You will be reimbursed for 25% of the purchase price of the trees by mailed cheque from Maple Leaves Forever. Rebate will be paid to the landowner only, not to an agent, landscaper or nursery.

Please read all the above qualifications and steps BEFORE applying.
